Zombi 3

Zombi 3, known as Zombie Flesh Eaters 2 in some markets, is a 1988 Italian zombie horror film directed by Lucio Fulci, with several additional sequences directed, uncredited, by Bruno Mattei and Claudo Fragasso. It is an in-name-only sequel to Fulci's Zombie (1979).

Synopsis
A burglary of a Filipino military research facility goes pear-shaped when one of the burglars gets mortally infected with the stolen Death One virus, and the initial cleanup and disposal efforts snowball into something much worse as soldiers on leave work together with a group of civilians to try to survive the ensuing epidemic of the living dead.
