Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (松岡 禎 丞 Matsuoka Yoshitsugu, September 17, 1986) is a Japanese voice actor from Hokkaidō, Japan. Matsuoka has won the "Best New Actor" award at the 6th Annual Seiyū Awards and the "Best Leading Actor" award at the 10th Annual. He is affiliated with I'm Enterprise.
