YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of This World is a 2019 anime series based on the adult visual novel game of the same name. The original visual novel game was developed and published by ELF Corporation in Japan on December 26, 1996. The visual novel received a 4 episode OVA in 1998.
The remake of the visual novel was developed and published by 5pb. in Japan on March 16, 2017 for the PSV. It was also released Worldwide by Spike Chunsoft on October 1, 2019 and by Numskull Games for Europe on October 4, 2019 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Windows PC.
The anime was animated by Feel Inc., directed by Tetsuo Hirakawa, and it premiered in Japan from April 2, 2019 to October 1, 2019, cosnsisting of 26 episodes. Funimation Entertainment produced a SimulDub of the series, which premiered on the FunimationNow streaming service on April 16, 2019.
