XL Boss is a 2019 hentai anime based on the manga series with the same name written and illustrated by Itо̄ Kani.

The anime series was announced by AnimeFesta on August 14, 2019.^[1] It was animated by Magic Bus, directed by Mitsutaka Noshitani, series composition by Kazuhiro Toda, and it premiered in Japan with two versions on Tokyo MX and AnimeFesta's website from October 7, 2019 to November 25, 2019, consisting of 8 episodes.

Ascendent Animation licensed and produced an English Dub of the series, which premiered on OceanVeil's streaming service on May 16, 2025.^[2]

Synopsis
Watase applies for a quality control tester job and ends up with a box full of XL size condoms. Her boss Sudo offers help with the "testing" which leads her to learn a lot about XL. Add another XL guy, Riku, and...?! An XL love triangle story starts here!
