Wolf's Rain (ウルフズレイン Urufuzu Rein) is an anime television series created by scriptwriter and editor Keiko Nobumoto (best known for her work on the popular series Cowboy Bebop), produced by Bones and directed by Tensai Okamura. The series consists of 26 episodes, along with 4 OVAs distributed on DVD in Japan between January and February 2004, completing the story. The soundtrack was composed by Yoko Kanno.
In the United States, the series was licensed by Bandai Entertainment and released on DVD between April 24, 2004 and May 24, 2005. The series aired in North America on Adult Swim between April 24, 2004 and September 18, 2004.
