As you said yourself, Marinker and Browne are very similar and why on earth would the producers pay for a foreign voice actor to come to Rome to work, if they already have a talented pool of actors at hand (not to mention, an established English voice for Hill)? Also, that is definitely Donald Pleasence speaking, himself. He only has a very thick German accent here. Tag: Source edit
  • curprev 05:5905:59, 29 May 2025 The Axis of Fear Message Wall contribs 1,927 bytes −45 This is an odd case, but Hill sounds to be the very recognizable voice of Peter Marinker - he was probably flown out to Italy but it's him (Marinker also dubs Hill in "My Name Is Nobody" which sounds to have been UK-dubbed based on the presence of Paul Maxwell and Sean Barrett). Browne's take can be heard in this video as well and while similar, it's not him here. Also, after watching the movie, Donald Pleasance is definitely not dubbing himself here.
