Tots TV is a British-French children's television programme, produced by Ragdoll Productions (now WildBrain) and Central.
Dubbing History[]
Tots TV was later brought over for broadcast in the United States on the PBS network from 1996 to 2002. The series was redubbed with an American voice cast, and had Tilly speaking Spanish, instead of French. The same for Australian broadcasts.
