The Devil Is a Part-Timer! (はたらく魔王さま!, Hataraku Maō-sama!, lit. "Working Demon King!" or "Demon Lord at Work!") is a Japanese light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by Oniku (written as 029). ASCII Media Works has published the series in Japan, while Yen Press has published the series in North America. There have been two manga adaptations published by ASCII Media Works in Dengeki Daioh and Dengeki Maoh.
A 13-episode anime adaptation produced by White Fox and directed by Naoto Hosoda aired from April to June 2013. A second season produced by 3Hz and directed by Daisuke Tsukushi aired from July to September 2022. A third season is set to premiere in July 2023.
FUNimation Entertainment licensed and produced an English Dub of the series, which was released on DVD/Blu-ray on July 22, 2014.[1][2][3][4] Crunchyroll licensed and produced the English Dub of the second season, which premiered the first part of the season on their streaming service on August 4, 2022.[5][6] The second part of the season premiered its English Dub on July 27, 2023.[7][8]

- By Season 2, there has been some changes in the cast:
- Kyle Igneczi replaced Scott Freeman as Mitsuki Sarue due to Freeman's arrest and conviction to child pornography in 2015.
- Sarah Roach replaced Anastasia Munoz as Haruka Yamazaki.
- Stephanie Young replaced Jamie Marchi as Takako Honda.
