Takeo Ōtsuka (大塚 剛央, Ōtsuka Takeo, born October 19, 1992) is a Japanese voice actor. He is currently affiliated with I'm Enterprise.
He's best known for voicing Aqua Hoshino in Oshi no Ko, Joshua Rosfield in Final Fantasy XVI and Jinshi in The Apothecary Diaries.
