- Jennie Kwan replaced Laura Bailey as Chun-Li due to Bailey becoming a more mainstream voice actress in recent years.
- Ray Chase replaced Travis Willingham as Guile due to Willingham becoming a more mainstream voice actor in recent years.
- David Matranga replaced Reuben Langdon as Ken due to controversal matters involving the latter.
- Luis Bermudez replaced Taliesin Jaffe as Blanka for unknown reasons, though possibly due to him being busy with critical role and scheduling conflicts.
- Keith Silverstein replaced Christopher Bevins as Dhalsim for unknown reasons, aside from the character being a person of color.
- Zeno Robinson replaced Chris Cain as Dee Jay due to Cain's retirement from voice acting.
- Christopher Guerrero replaced Richard Epcar as Akuma likely due to Epcar being busy with other projects at the time of the game's development.
- This is also Cassandra Lee Morris's only role at New Generation Pictures.
