Shinobu Matsumoto (松本 忍 Matsumoto Shinobu) is a Japanese voice actor from Osaka, Japan. He is currently affiliated with Mausu Promotion.
Biography[]
After failing to get a job at Atlus during his job search, he decided to become a voice actor in order to work with Atlus.
Graduated from Toyo University.
Previously belonged to Bring Up. He also appeared in many stage productions as a member of the Alter Ego theater company.
Shinobu made his debut in voice acting in the Rurouni Kenshin 1996 series.
