Saiyuki Reload Gunlock (最遊記 RELOAD GUNLOCK) is an anime based on the manga series by Kazuya Minekura. The series aired for 26 episodes between April 1, 2004 and September 23, 2004.

Trivia
- Much like it’s predecessor, unlike the first series which was recorded in Houston by ADV Films, Reload Gunlock was recorded at Bang Zoom Entertainment in LA and used an entirely different voice cast. The recasts caused a lot of mixed reactions among the fans. The lone voice actress who appears in both series' is Luci Christian.
