Saint Cecilia & Pastor Lawrence

Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence is a 2023 anime series based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Hazano Kazutake. It began serialization on April 20, 2017 in Kodansha's Shōnen Magazine R (April 20, 2017 – January 20, 2023) & Monthly Maga Kichi (February 20, 2023 – present) magazines.

The anime series was announced in June of 2022. It was animated by Doga Kobo, directed by Sumie Noro, and it aired in Japan from July 13, 2023 to September 28, 2023, consisting of 12 episodes. Crunchyroll licensed and produced an English Dub of the series, which premiered on their streaming service on July 26, 2023^[1]^[2].

Synopsis

In a certain church there lives a cute but lazy saint and an earnest but overprotective pastor who is also a skilled cook. As they live their quiet lives, the saint who is secretly in love and the oblivious pastor weave an unintentionally flirtatious romantic comedy.

Where will their frustratingly slow-moving relationship end up--?!
