Pop Team Epic (ポプテピピック Poputepipikku) is a Japanese anime series based on the 4-panel surreal comedy webcomic and digital manga series by Bukubo Okawa. Animated by Kamikaze Douga and produced by King Records, the first season premiered in Japan on January 7, 2018, ending on March 25, 2018. It was followed by two specials on April 1, 2019. The second season premiered in Japan on October 2, 2022, ending on December 18, 2022.
FUNimation Entertainment produced a SimulDub of the series, which premiered on their FunimationNow streaming service on January 22, 2018. The English dub of the second season premiered on Crunchyroll on October 15, 2022.
