Paul Panting (born December 24, 1969) is an English voice actor and actor. His credits include Peso Penguin in The Octonauts, Muck in the UK version of the reboot of Bob the Builder and Chuggington. He resides in Kent with his family. Paul was trained at the Old Vic Theatre, which is also based in London and has been working as a voice actor since the early 1990s.
His recent theater credits include Maurice in A Better Woman, which was played at the Marlowe Theater in Canterbury, England in December 2015.
