Patlabor: The Mobile Police (機動警察パトレイバー, Kidō Keisatsu Patlabor) also known as Patlabor: The Early Days is a seven-episode original video animation series directed by Mamoru Oshii (eps. 1-6) and Noriyuki Yoshinaga (ep. 7) and produced by HEADGEAR and Studio DEEN. The OVA serves as the introduction to the Patlabor series. Central Park Media licensed and dubbed the OVAs in 2003.
