Nobuyuki Hiyama (檜山 修之 Hiyama Nobuyuki, born August 25, 1967) is a Japanese voice actor, narrator, and radio personality.
With over 30 years of experience in voice acting, among his most recognized characters are Hiei in Yu Yu Hakusho, Ikkaku Madarame in Bleach, Balmung in .hack//SIGN, and Adult Link in Nintendo's award-winning video game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
He is currently affiliated with Arts Vision.
