Notes[]
- This dub marks the return of not only the established English voice cast as their respective characters, but also English dubbing in the franchise as a whole. The previous two games, Neptunia Virtual Stars and Neptunia x SENRAN KAGURA: Ninja Wars, were never dubbed for obvious reasons (Virtual Stars likely due to the cameos of notable Japanese-speaking VTubers and the fact it was made during the COVID-19 Pandemic; Ninja Wars due to the Senran Kagura games proper never being historically dubbed)
- This is Melissa Fahn's first new video game role in 4 years since Rune Factory: Frontier.
- This is Carrie Keranen's first new video game role in 3 years since Persona 5 Strikers.
- This is Wendee Lee, Stephanie Sheh, and Kate Higgins's first new video game roles in 2 years since Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny, Tales of Luminaria, and CookieRun: Kingdom respectively.
- The English voice actors for Aneeta Job and F2P are the only ones who haven't announced their roles.
- Emi Lo, who voices Higurashi, also voices Rena Ryūgū in Higurashi: When They Cry - Gou and Sotsu. This may have been an intentional reference, as Higurashi is heavily based on Rena, right down to her design. In addition, she also shares the same seiyū as Rena, Mai Nakahara.
- In promotion for the English dub, publisher Idea Factory International put out some pre-recorded voice calls from the voice actors as their respective characters. The first of which was Melissa Fahn as Neptune, then Christine Marie Cabanos as Nepgear, then Erica Mendez as Noire, and finally Carrie Keranen as Vert. The last one, though, hasn't been archived.[1][2][3]
- A patch was released in April of 2023 that censors many of the vulgar dialogue in the dub, which includes changing the names of some weapons, most notably Bastard Sword becoming Brute Sword. This was likely due to Idea Factory International forgetting to put out the "Language" label on the game's T-rating, which caught the attention of the ESRB. This change would end up affecting all future ports of the game.[4]
- This is Laura Post's last non-union role before she became a union-only actress since 2022 (before game's release).
