Naoko Matsui (松井 菜桜子 Matsui Naoko, born April 4, 1961) is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan.
She is best known for being the voice of Sonoko Suzuki in Detective Conan, Lady Marian in Robin Hood, Wendy Darling in The Adventures of Peter Pan, Pai Chan in Virtua Fighter and Miyako Tōdaji in Phantom Thief Jeanne, among many others.
She was previously married to fellow voice actor Kenyū Horiuchi but they divorced.
She was previously a member of Production Baobab for 20 years before becoming a freelancer. She is also a voice acting instructor.
