Naoki Tatsuta (龍田 直樹 Tatsuta Naoki, born September 8, 1950 in Naga, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan) is a veteran Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production.
He began his career as a seiyuu in 1976, accumulating a solid career extending 40 years. One of his most most well known roles is as Oolong in the Dragon Ball franchise (series, specials and movies). He's also known as the voice of Buta Gorilla in Kiteretsu Encyclopedia, Daima Jin in High School! Kimengumi, Ashibe's Father in Shōnen Ashibe, and Scoop-kun in Shūkan Kodomo News.
He is married to fellow voice actor Sanae Takagi.
