Mitsuki Saiga (斎賀 みつき Saiga Mitsuki, born June 12, 1973) is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Saitama, Japan.
She is noted for having a deep voice that is used to portray male or masculine female characters, among her most notable roles include Tsukasa in .hack//SIGN, Maria Ross in Fullmetal Alchemist, Rossiu Adai in Gurren Lagann, MakubeX in GetBackers, Chie Hallard in My-HiME and My-Otome and Jing in Jing: King of Bandits, among many others.
She is currently affiliated with Ken Production.
