Megumi Toyoguchi (豊口 めぐみ Toyoguchi Megumi, born January 2, 1978) is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Machida, Tokyo, Japan. She is best known for voicing Mimiru in .hack//SIGN, Dawn (Hikari) in Pokémon Diamond & Pearl, Winry Rockbell in Fullmetal Alchemist, Yumi Omura in Chobits, Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Revy in Black Lagoon.
