Megan Elizabeth Shipman (born March 13, 1992 in Mesquite, Texas, U.S.) is an American voice actress affiliated with FUNimation Entertainment/Crunchyroll, Studio Nano, Sound Cadence Studios and OkraTron 5000.
She is also known as the VTuber Eisei Tsukimaru.[1]
