Masayuki Katō (加藤 将之; born September 23, 1972 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production.

For R-18 media, he is credited as Chasuke (茶介)[1].

He is not to be confused with another Japanese voice actor Masayuki Katō (加藤 正之).

Biography[]

After graduating from university, he worked at a home improvement store, but took a break to participate in the Sahara Marathon in Africa. After the competition, he entered his late 20s and decided to become a voice actor, thinking about what he could really do.

In 1997, he enrolled in the Tokyo Announcement Academy (now the Tokyo Announcement and Voice Actor Academy), and in 1999, he enrolled in the Sunday class of Toei Animation Research Institute, and in 2000, he enrolled in the Ezaki Productions training center.

He was affiliated with Mausu Promotion from 2002. After that, he joined Ken Productions.

On December 26, 2014, he announced on his blog that he had registered his marriage. On May 27, 2022, he announced that his first child had been born.
