Marcellus Swint (born June 18, 1987) is an American voice actor and engineer known by his online handle as "Th3Engineer". He's best known for his roles as Kiawe in Pokémon, Barclay in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower, Necalli in Street Fighter V, Block Man in Mega Man 11 and Mason in Mass Effect: Paragon Lost.
Outside of professional voice acting, Swint is also best known for his work on the opening sequence of Anime Abandon as well the localization of Street Fighter V and his many collaborations with TeamFourStar, providing the voices of Rude from Final Fantasy VII: Machinabridged, The Captain and Willingham from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, the Dukes of Hazard-esque narrator from Dragon Ball Z Abridged: Super Android 13 and Hannes from the sole episode of Attack on Titan Abridged.
