MILF Assault Mode is a 2013 hentai anime OVA based on the doujin manga with the same name written and illustrated by Shiomaneki. It was serialized in Comic Tenma from September 13, 2011 to February 13, 2013, with only 1 volume.

It was animated by Studio 1st, directed by Hideta Ōta, and it was released in Japan on December 20, 2013.

Media Blasters licensed the OVA, while Fever Dreams Sound Factory produced the English Dub, which was released on Blu-ray & DVD on July 16, 2019.

Synopsis Ryouichi goes to his friend Yuu's place to play video games, like they do sometimes. It turns out that Yuu's aunt Yui has come to visit, and she joins them. But it soon becomes clear that it's not a video game she wants to play with Ryouichi...
