- With the exception of Ally Coyote, Sarah Lafleur and Howard Chen, much of the voice cast are credited under fictitious names (Karen Bernstein was credited as "Karen Toulouse", and Tony Daniels as "Tony Brand"), most likely due to the objectionable content of the OVA. The only other exceptions were members of the production crew doing additional voices, though Jeff Pustil went by "Mike Pustil" in the cast list.
- This is the only English dub from Manga Entertainment that was recorded in Canada.
