Notes[]

  • There was a pilot for the series produced in 2007 (titled "Kaelou: Red Light, Green Light… 1, 2, 3!!!"), and that also received an English dub featuring Doug Rand, who would go on to voice act for three main characters in Tabb's dub of the series.
    • One notable difference from Tabb's dub is that in the dub of this pilot, Stumpy was still called Moignon (his name in the French version).
  • Tabb Productions' dub (aired in Australia in 2011) fully completed the first season, but they did not dub the rest of the series.
  • In Tabb's dub, a mistake was made with Kaeloo's pronouns, where she was referred to as a "he" for the first ten episodes. This was changed soon after, with every character referring to her as a "she".
  • The episode "Let's Play Hot-Cold" was skipped in NITV airings of the dub.
  • There is only one episodes seen that were dubbed into English (by Miam ! Animation instead of Tabb Productions), "What If We Played at Riding Ponies?", posted to Miam's Vimeo account in October 2016, and can be seen here. It is unknown if more episodes were dubbed by them.
    • "Riding Ponies" has two censored scenes:
      • The scene where Pretty shoots a horse in the head.
      • The scene where Pretty threatens to have her unicorn euthanized if it loses a race.
    • It is the only episode where the title doesn't start with "Let's Play...", due to the dubbing being done by a different studio. If the second season was dubbed by Tabb Productions, the title may have been "Let's Play Horse Riding".
  • The name of the place the characters live in is "Smileyland" in the Tabb dub and in the Ocean dub, and "Super Cute Land" in the Miam ! dub. The latter is more accurate to the French name.
