Kae Araki (荒木 香恵 Araki Kae, born November 6, 1963) is a Japanese voice actress from Osaka. Her real name is Yoshie Abe (阿部 佳恵 Abe Yoshie). In 2010, she was hired by 81 Produce. She is known for voicing Miaka Yūki in Fushigi Yugi, Chibiusa Tsukino / Sailor Chibi-Moon in Sailor Moon, and Kari Kamiya in Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02.
