Takayuki Miyauchi (宮内 孝幸 Miyauchi Takayuki, August 4, 1929 – June 2, 1995), known by his stage name Kōhei Miyauchi (宮内 幸平 Miyauchi Kōhei) was a Japanese voice actor from Kagoshima Prefecture. He was best known as the voice of Master Roshi from the beginning of Dragon Ball until the last saga of Dragon Ball Z, where he recorded 260 episodes until three months before his death.

On June 2, 1995, Miyauchi died in his bed at the Nihon University Itabashi Hospital from abdominal varices. At the time of death, he was affiliated with Aoni Production. The majority of his roles were yielded to other voice actors, such as Masaharu Satō, Hiroshi Masuoka, Takeshi Aono, Chō, Jōji Yanami, Takashi Inagaki, Kenichi Ogata, Ryōichi Tanaka, Tamio Ōki, among others.
