Just Because! is a 2017 original anime series created by FOA.
It was produced by Pine Jam, written by Hajime Kamoshida & Kiseki Himura, directed by Atsushi Kobayashi, and it aired in Japan from October 5, 2017 to December 28, 2017, consisting of twelve episodes.
Sentai Filmworks licensed and produced an English Dub of the series, which premiered on HIDIVE's streaming service on February 26, 2019.[1][2] The Blu-Ray of the series was also released on the same day as HIDIVE's premiere.
Synopsis
For a group of high school seniors, a chance reunion with a transfer student will change the course of their final year. Eita Izumi has come back to his hometown after four years and encounters some unlikely acquaintances: Haruto Soma, Eita’s childhood friend; Ena Komiya, the photography student who witnesses Eita and Haruto’s reunion; Mio Natsume, whose feelings for her middle school crush still linger; and Hazuki Morikawa, a girl who seems uninterested in romantic relationships.
