Kōhei Takiguchi (滝口 幸平, Takiguchi Kōhei, April 17, 1931 – August 29, 2011), better known by his stage name Junpei Takiguchi (滝口 順平, Takiguchi Junpei), was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Chiba Prefecture.
With a career spanning over 50 years, some of his most famous characters included Uranai Baba in Dragon Ball and the first half of Dragon Ball Z, as well as Porunga and the Grand Elder in the latter (a role which he reprised in Dragon Ball Z Kai), in addition to roles such as Count Brocken in Mazinger Z and Dokurobee in Yatterman, among many others.
He passed away on August 29, 2011 at the age of 80 from stomach cancer.
