JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険) is a OVA series that adapt Stardust Crusaders, both by Studio A.P.P.P..
The original six-episode series in 1993 began with Joseph, Jotaro, Polnareff, and Kakyoin in the Egyptian desert on their quest to find DIO. The series offered very little exposition, assuming the viewer was already familiar with the backstory and first half of Stardust Crusaders. A prequel seven-episode series was released in 2001, offering an explanation for those unfamiliar with the story in the previous series, and started at the beginning of Stardust Crusaders with Joseph coming to Japan to explain Jotaro's strange behavior.
The entire 6-volume (13-episode) anime series has been released in English in canonical order by Super Techno Arts, which was an American branch of Studio A.P.P.P. In the English version, they also produced 4 Timeline Specials as a bonus features.

Notes[]
- Sayuri Kubo's screaming as Sherry Polnareff or the Reporter (OVA 13) is left in the English dub (The same happens with Iggy barks and sounds, the India civilians and the surroundings).
- Some of the dubbing actors repeats some of the same roles, like Reid Garver Travis with the two kids in the OVA's 5, and 10 and Charles Martinet with two India civilians.
- Unlike the original Japanese voice acting, the English dub uses less than 20 dubbing actors.
- Some of the dubbing actors used similar voice tones or used similar voice characterization (Like Charles Martinet, Abie Hadjitarkhani, Andrew Chaikin and J.S. Gilbert in some of the characters).
- In the first OVA, the 3 prisoners are voiced by two dubbing actors instead of 3 (Unlike the scene of the OVA 2 where 3 School Girls are voiced by three dubbing actresses).
- The production of the extras were exclusive on the production of the English Dubbing, which it also includes Michael Bennett as the english voice acting narrator on these 5 specials.
- All the flashback characters scene between the battle of Jonathan and Dio (OVA) were voiced entirely by Andrew Chaikin.
- These compilation of OVA's have English dubbing in all of them, but they also have voice acting narration in the specials, which it takes us on one of the cases where the English version have more content than the Japanese original version.
- Charles Martinet voiced most of the main secondary characters (also he has the highest voice roles tied with Andrew Chaikin of all the dubbing actors).
- Some of the dubbing actors characters speaks with themselves or are even closed to speak with the other same voice characters.
- The Pilots of OVA 8 exchange the voice tones:
- The Pilot A (Blonde Hair Pilot) uses the normal voice tone of Dio, but in some dialogues uses one of the alternative voice tone of Dio.
- The Pilot B uses one of the alternative voice tone of Dio, but in some dialogues uses the normal voice tone of Dio.
- This was Charles Martinet's only anime dubbing role until Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in 2022.
