Jack Keith Lesley Moore (May 5th, 1942 - February 2nd, 2002) was a Canadian journalist, radio announcer, and voice actor.

As a child, Jack found himself fascinated with writing up whatever he could, which would be what largely influenced him to later start a career in journalism. At 16, Jack started working at the Vancouver Sun by working as a copy runner, where he met Judith Wyles, another copy runner, in 1958. Both were 18 when they had their first child, Tam, and Jack became panic-stricken as he felt that he wasn't ready to be a father. Jack hurriedly moved from Vancouver to travel to New York in order to pursue a career as a journalist, which would eventually take him to Hong Kong ten years later in 1968.

In Hong Kong, Jack worked as a journalist for the South China Morning Post and would marry Lyla Fay King, a Vancouver-born Canadian secretary who worked at the South China Morning Post, later that year. After honeymooning in Macao, Jack wrote some of the first major news articles in Hong Kong about Bruce Lee (Including an interview between Jack and Lee), several of which have appeared cited in publications, as well as film reviews, food reviews, and news articles. Some time after this, likely in 1969, Jack somehow heard word of Axis International, a dubbing group run by Radio Television Hong Kong newsman Ted Thomas, wanting to hire voice actors from North America. Jack would join Axis shortly after, where he was typically cast to dub both bit parts and leads. Aside from working at Axis International, Jack would also work with Bob Toole's dubbing group throughout 1970 and 1971 after Bob, who was now a former dubbing script writer for Axis, and Ted had a falling out for unknown reasons.

During the early 1970s, Jack's writing style would prove to be particularly popular, as his book A Guide To Hong Kong’s Saloons And Bawdy Houses became a bestseller in Hong Kong, and the popularity of his film reviews would lead to him hosting his own film review show that aired in Hong Kong throughout the early 1970s. However, In part due to his failing marriage with Lyla and worsening health problems caused by drinking and smoking, Jack divorced Lyla and moved back to Vancouver in mid-late 1973. Back in Vancouver, Jack would find work as a radio host and worked as a journalist for the Westender and the Vancouver Courier, the latter of which he later became the overseas journalist for, which lead to him moving back and forth between Hong Kong and Vancouver during the late 80s and 1990s. Back in Hong Kong, Jack caught up with old journalist and dubbing buddies, with him notably being seen in the last known photo of Rex Ellis, taken at Rex's 60th birthday party. In the mid-1990s, whilst living in Vancouver, Jack re-established contact with Judith Wyles and their daughter, Tam, and all three would consistently spend time with each other during the rest of Jack's time living in Canada. Jack settled in Canada permanently in 1997, however, the worsening health problems caused by drinking and smoking for most of his life caught up with him, and although he was on the verge of death, he had to force himself to write tabloid articles for gossip publications to make just enough money to avoid becoming homeless. Jack would enter hospice care in late 2001 before passing away on February 2nd, 2002.
