Jack and the Beanstalk (ジャックと豆の木 Jack to Mame no Ki) is a 1974 anime film produced by Group TAC and directed by Gisaburō Sugii. The film was dubbed in 1976 and saw a brief American theatrical release by Columbia Pictures that year, after which it showed up on home video in the 1980s.

Synopsis

Jack has to sell the family cow and gets some magic beans from a. mysterious man. His mother throws them in the yard in anger, and by morning a beanstalk has grown. Jack climbs to the top and meets Princess Margaret, who's about to marry Prince Tulip the giant. Jack finds that Tulip and his mother, Madame Hecuba, have evil designs on the princess.
