I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History

I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History is a 2024 anime series based on the light novel with the same name written by Izumi Okido and illustrated by Jyun Hayase. It was published by Enterbrain under their B's Log Bunko imprint on August 15, 2019. The original web novel of the series was published by Shōsetsuka ni Narō on December 11, 2018. The manga version of the series was illustrated by Akari Hoshi, and it was serialized in Enterbrain's B's Log Comic magazine on May 5, 2020.

The anime series was announced on August 9, 2023.^[1] It was animated by Maho Film, directed by Yūji Yanase, series composition by Sawako Hirabayashi, composed by Moe Hyūga, and it premiered in Japan from October 2, 2024 to December 25, 2024, consisting of 13 episodes.

Crunchyroll licensed and produced an English Dub of the series, which premiered on their streaming service on October 15, 2024.^[2]^[3]

Synopsis
This young girl hates all those goodie-two-shoes heroines. So when she’s reincarnated as Alicia, the villain in her favorite fantasy dating sim, it’s like a dream come true! There’s just one problem: the more she tries to be evil, the more the prince seems to fall for her. Alicia will have to work much harder if she ever wants to become the world’s greatest villainess.
