Honeybee Hutch, or The Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee (みなしごハッチ Konchû Monogatari Minashigo Hacchi) is an anime series from the 1970s produced by Tatsunoko Production, which recounts the experiences of titular character Hutch as he is in search of his mother.
After being broadcast in several European countries, the show was translated into English as Honeybee Hutch, and re-edited in the 1990s, by Saban Entertainment. With its episode count cut down to 65, this version ran all over the world, including Fox Kids in Europe.
