Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Warrior Spirit of the Blue Sky is a 2014 movie.

It is the second movie in the Hakuōki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom series. It is a sequel to Hakuōki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Wild Dance of Kyoto.

Sentai Filmworks licensed the movie and produced an English Dub, which was released on Blu-ray and DVD on August 23, 2016.

Synopsis The second chapter begins as Chizuru continues the search for her father while the Shinsengumi combat the dangerous beings lurking in Kyoto’s shadows. As Harada, Shinpachi, and Saito try to fight their way out of Koufu, Chizuru stands guard over Kondou. Meanwhile, Hijikata faces the greatest test of all and must now balance his humanity against a need for blood. Swords flash, heroes die and the fires of war, and passion, ignite!

• Much like it’s predecessor Phil Hyde replaced Illich Guardiola as Sanosuke Harada due to Guardiola being caught in a relationship with a minor in 2014.
