George Higgins (June 16, 1917 - March 7, 2005) was an American actor, voice actor, writer and voice director. He was an instrumental part of establishing the English dubbing scene in Rome, along with Anthony La Penna, Gisella Mathews, Valentino Bruchi, Lewis E. Ciannelli and Richard McNamara.
