Fullmetal Alchemist (鋼の錬金術師, Hagane no Renkinjutsushi) is an anime television series based on the manga series created by Hiromu Arakawa. It aired in Japan from October 4, 2003 to October 2, 2004 on TBS. It was directed by Seiji Mizushima, written by Shō Aikawa and produced by Studio Bones.
