Frank Todaro (born May 1, 1977) is an American actor, voice actor, and emcee of live events, best known for playing the characters Starscream, Sludge, Trypticon and Longhaul in Hasbro's animated series Transformers: Prime Wars Trilogy and Mugman in the animated adaptation of Cuphead. He is also the host of several award-winning radio programs and performs across the nation as an audio improviser, puppeteer, and lecturer.

He has worked on various dubs, and in stage productions. He has done work for various studios such as Bang Zoom! Entertainment, VSI Los Angeles, NYAV Post, Cup of Tea Productions, FUNimation Entertainment, OkraTron 5000, Sound Cadence Studios and Iyuno, Los Angeles.

Frank is a Flushing, Queens, New York born, Los Angeles based voice actor, actor, and emcee of live events. He is also the host of several award-winning radio programs and performs across the nation as an audio improviser, puppeteer, and lecturer.

Career[]

Frank Todaro is a Los Angeles based voice actor, actor, and host of radio programs and live events. Through voice-overs, he has given life to many characters such as Starscream in the Transformers franchise, Mugman in The Cuphead Show, Rodrigo in Dragon Quest: Your Story, and several characters in Fire Emblem: Heroes and Three Houses, as well as providing creature sounds for various TV shows, movies, and games.

Frank is also the host of the award-winning science and paranormal-based radio program “The Invisible World” regularly interviewing guests from various disciplines associated with space flight and theoretical physics, offering a level playing field to both the hard sciences and the less widely accepted ones.

Frank has given lectures on various space-related topics such as the New Horizons Probe at the 2014 Worlds Science Fair as well as appearing as a guest on The Science Channel's Sci-Fi Science: Physics of the Impossible with Michio Kaku, and has also given lectures on UFOs of the Victorian era, spirit photography and more at symposiums across the country.

Frank also acts as master of ceremonies to events. Working within pop culture conventions such as BotCon 2015 and 2016 to more science-based events such as “Yuri’s Night”, the annual party/symposium celebrating the first man in space, and Space Frontier Foundation’s New Space gala. Through his radio show, The Invisible World, he has covered a wide array of events that run the gamut from annual Maker Faire coverage to space launches as well as produce highly attended live show events in NYC gathering former guests to present and discuss related topics.

Frank has also been a member several long-form improv troupes including “Start Trekkin” for its 5-year mission, and "Fury" a short form troupe, and has provided musical and lighting and audio improv and announcer work for National Comedy Theatre and many other shows at The PIT and The Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City.
