F³: Frantic, Frustrated & Female (嘆きの健康優良児 Nageki no Kenkō Yūryōji) is a comedic erotic OVA from 1994, animated by Studio AIC and produced by Pink Pineapple.

Synopsis Hiroe Ogawa is a healthy, normal girl with an extraordinary, private dilemma. Hiroe is unable to reach sexual climax under any circumstances. Over Hiroe's objections, older housemate Mayaka and landlady Yayoi use a varity of sexual techniques, appendages, and even hypnotism in order to help Hiroe achieve her elusive goal.

Dubbing History

The OVA was originally dubbed by ADV Films under their SoftCel Pictures label. It was one of only two hentai titles that ADV dubbed, along with Dragon Knight, and similar to Dragon Knight only one episode was dubbed before stopping. The rest of the series would be released by them subtitle-only. It would later be re-released by Right Stuf Inc. under their Critical Mass label with a complete dub done by Swirl Recording.
