Django is a 1966 Italian spaghetti Western film co-written, produced, and directed by Sergio Corbucci and starring Franco Nero in his breakthrough role. Like A Fistful of Dollars (1964), it is an unofficial adaptation of Akira Kurosawa's Yojimbo (1961). It is considered one of the best films in the spaghetti Western genre.
