Synopsis
CYBERPUNK: EDGERUNNERS tells a standalone story about a street kid trying to survive in a technology and body modification-obsessed city of the future. Having everything to lose, he chooses to stay alive by becoming an edgerunner—a mercenary outlaw also known as a cyberpunk.
This is the first and so-far only Netflix anime dub to be recorded at Salami Studios.
It's also the first major anime dub recorded at Salami Studios since The Dragon Dentist in 2017.
This marks Ian James Corlett's first anime dubbing role in Los Angeles rather than Vancouver, and his second anime dubbing role to have Los Angeles involvement after Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon.
Samuel Barnett, Ren Hanami, and Alec Newman (via Side UK) are the only voice actors from the original Cyberpunk 2077 video game to reprise their roles as Delamain, Wakako Okada, and Adam Smasher respectively in the anime.
