Craig Hill (March 5, 1926 - April 21, 2014) was an American actor and voice actor.

Career[]

Craig Hill Fowler was born in Los Angeles and joined the United States Navy.[1] After his service, Hill signed with 20th Century Fox and made his debut in the 1950 adaptation of Cheaper by the Dozen. He later left the studio and took on roles for several studios and in television. His most notable role during that time was in Desilu Production's Whirlybirds, where he played P.T. Moore, the owner of a helicopter company.

In the 1960s Craig Hill moved to Spain and made a name for himself, mostly starring in Spaghetti Westerns and Horror films. From the 1970s onward, Craig Hill started to dub movies in Italy. His voice has often been confused with that of dubber William Kiehl, though Kiehl had long left Italy, by the time Hill started.

According to actor Ray Stricklyn, Hill and him were romantically involved for two years in the 1950s. In 1966, Craig Hill met Teresa Gimpera, when both of them starred in Black Box Affair. Gimpera and Hill would marry in 1990 and stayed together until his death in 2014.[1]
