Products dubbed using voice-over translation, in which, unlike in regular dubbing, actor voices are recorded over the original audio track which can still be heard in the background. This method is uncommon outside of documentaries and unscripted programming, and sees less use compared to not only lip-sync dubbing, but also subtitles as well.
