Cagaster of an Insect Cage (虫籠のカガステル Mushikago no Kagasuteru) is a web anime television series, directed by Kōichi Chigira. It premiered on Netflix on February 6, 2020, consisting of 12 episodes.

Synopsis

A strange disease named "Cagaster" emerges at the end of the 21st century. Once contracted, the disease turns the person into a monstrous man-eating insect. Two-thirds of humanity were decimated by the virus, which affects one in every thousand people. Thirty years after the onset of the illness, the young exterminator Kidow one day saves a young girl named Ilie from an attack by these monsters. They set off for a journey through this world full of danger.
