Blade Runner: Black Lotus is a 2021 anime series based on the Blade Runner franchise. Shinichirō Watanabe is the creative director/producer of the series.

The anime was announced in November 2018[1][2]. It was animated by Sola Digital Arts, co-produced by Crunchyroll and Adult Swim, directed by Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki, announced the cast on July 7, 2021[3], and premiered on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block, which aired from November 14, 2021[4] to February 6, 2022, consisting of 13 episodes.

Synopsis

Los Angeles 2032. A young woman wakes up with no memories, and possessing deadly skills. The only clues to her mystery are a locked data device and a tattoo of a black lotus. Putting together the pieces, she must hunt down the people responsible for her brutal and bloody past to find the truth of her lost identity.
