Bill Millsap

William Robert Millsap (May 31, 1971) is an American voice actor and voice director who works for Bang Zoom! Entertainment.

Biography[]

Bill Millsap is a character actor and voiceover director with a tremendous background in filmmaking. Having spent his early film years behind the lens working in visual effects and sound mixing, in 2005 he leapt at the opportunity to launch a prolific career in voice over. In 2013 he landed a role in the Emmy Winning "Hatfields & McCoys" and has continued acting on screen ever since. He also is a voice over director at two Los Angeles Casting Agencies.
