Ayumi Fujimura (藤村 歩, Fujimura Ayumi, born September 3, 1982) is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, Japan.
Starting from April 1, 2019, Ken Production announced that she will be taking an indefinite hiatus.
Biography[]
As a child, she loved Sailor Moon and wanted to enter the world of anime. She knew about voice acting, but thought that if she couldn't actually enter the world of anime, she should become a voice actor to get as close as possible, and that it would be a lot of fun to change into "someone other than yourself" in terms of appearance and personality, so she decided to become a voice actor.
After graduating from Tokyo Music & Media Arts Shobi College, she joined School Duo as a member of the 5th class. She joined School Duo because she received a lot of advice from her teachers at vocational school and thought that Ken Production was the best fit for her. In 2004, she made her voice acting debut as Frederica in the PlayStation 2 game Suikoden IV.
Her voice type is mezzo-soprano.
